Working Principle

Water flows downward through the fill media by gravity while air moves horizontally through the fill section. Heat exchange occurs where the two streams intersect, resulting in efficient cooling and low operating noise.

Design Conditions:
1.Wet bulb temperature T = 28°C; design inlet water temperature T1 = 37°C, outlet water temperature T2 = 32°C; temperature drop ▲T = 5°C.
2.Required: 3-6m head (0.03-0.06 MPa).Excess pressure may damage the turning head, reduce cooling efficiency, and increase water drift.
3.The perimeter of the water collection basin is made of galvanized aluminum-zinc sheet, and the bottom is composite board/galvanized aluminum-zinc sheet.
4.Filler models: Serial numbers 1-5: XT-800/2000/19.Serial numbers 6-9: XT-1000/3000/19.Serial numbers 10-12:XT-1220/3000/19.Serial numbers 13-15: XT-1520/3500/19.
5.Serial numbers 1-9: Model BS-860. Serial numbers 10-12: Model BS-1000. Serial numbers 13-15: Model BS-1200.
