Solution Advantages

[01]

Sweeter-Spot Chiller COP

Proprietary highly flame-retardant PVC fills that drive leaving water temperatures remarkably close to wet-bulb limits, slashing chiller power by 3% to 4% per °C drop.

[02]

Systemic Acoustic Suppression

Integrated low-rpm wide-chord aerodynamic fan blades and acoustic splash mats that eliminate water impact noise at the source.

[03]

15+ Year Robust Lifespan

Framing and enclosures fabricated from high-grade Magnelis / Zn-Al-Mg coated steel for extreme urban corrosion and UV resistance.

HVAC Industry Challenges

Commercial complexes, premium office high-rises, and transport hubs require extreme cost-efficiency and system COP. Since cooling tower leaving temperatures dictate chiller condensing pressures, inefficient heat rejection directly inflates energy bills. Furthermore, mounting equipment on podiums or rooftops in dense urban areas frequently triggers environmental noise complaints due to low-frequency fan thrums and heavy water splashing noises.

CRONX (formerly CASEN) Dedicated Equipment & Solutions

CRONX (formerly CASEN) delivers high-efficiency Open Circuit Cooling Towers featuring optimized crossflow/counterflow designs. To neutralize urban acoustic conflicts, CRONX integrates an Acoustic Suppression Suite (ultra-low-noise aluminum/FRP fans combined with dense water-silencing blankets) to quiet the unit at the source. Wrapped in world-class Zn-Al-Mg corrosion-resistant casing, it ensures a sleek, modern architectural aesthetic with minimal maintenance overhead.

Product Application project

08 July 2026

This project provided medium-high temperature open cooling towers for a mining and metallurgical heavy industry project in South Africa to treat the high-temperature return water from the blast furnace and quenching system. Addressing the local arid and water-scarce conditions, high summer heat loads, and extremely high inlet water temperatures, the project utilized high-temperature resistant special fillers and a high-strength, corrosion-resistant fiberglass structure to achieve stable heat dissipation with large temperature differences and high efficiency, effectively ensuring the continuous and safe operation of the heavy industrial production line.

This project is a supporting project for a chemical production plant in a South Asian country. Open cooling towers were put into operation on-site, primarily responsible for the circulating water cooling of the entire process equipment for specialty chemical production, hydrogen preparation, and transportation.
