Working Principle

Water is distributed through a rotary spray system over the fill media while ambient air is drawn through the tower. The evaporation process removes heat from the circulating water, which is then collected and returned to the cooling loop.

Design Conditions:
1. Wet bulb temperature T=28℃. Designed water inlet temperature T1=37℃, water outlet temperature T2=32℃; temperature drop ▲T=5℃.
2. The required water inlet pressure of the cooling tower itself: 3-6 meters head, i.e. 0.03-0.06MPa. Do not use too high water pressure, otherwise it will accelerate the damage of the rotor, which is not conducive to cooling and will cause serious water drift.
3. Cooling tower model description: D-low noise type, LT-cooling tower.
