This project delivers a complete cooling system supporting a local an Eastern European country foundry enterprise, with sets of industrial cooling towers put into service on site. The units undertake circulating water cooling and heat dissipation for melting furnaces, casting cooling sections, heat treatment processes and hydraulic systems on the casting production line. Fully tailored to an Eastern European country’s temperate continental climate featuring long frigid winters,

This project is a cooling system engineering project for a bioethanol production plant in the Southeast Asia. Five industrial cooling towers were put into operation on-site, primarily responsible for the circulating water cooling of the entire process equipment for bioethanol fermentation, distillation, purification, and supporting hydrogen production.

industrial cooling towers were delivered for the supporting cooling system of an injection molding plant in Southeast Asia. The equipment is mainly responsible for mold cooling and hydraulic oil heat dissipation for injection molding machines. Tailored to Southeast Asia's tropical monsoon climate featuring year-round high temperature and high humidity as well as heavy rainfall during the rainy season, the equipment is equipped with enhanced heat exchange structure, variable frequency drive system, anti-corrosion technology and water-saving design.

Four sets of cooling towers were put into operation for the new hydrogen production plant of . in North America. The equipment is mainly used for circulating water cooling and heat dissipation of process units and hydrogen delivery pipelines throughout the hydrogen production process. Tailored to North America’s typical climate features including extreme cold in winter, hot and humid summers and large annual temperature differences, the equipment is designed, manufactured and inspected in strict accordance with CSA B51 pressure vessel standards, CRN special equipment registration regulations and local industrial environmental protection rules.

Five high-specification industrial air coolers were provided for a petrochemical energy project in a Central Asian country, using 45% ethylene glycol as the cooling medium. The project addressed the extremely cold and water-scarce environment of Central Asia by employing a fully dry air-cooled heat exchange technology, achieving zero water consumption operation and completely eliminating the risk of pipeline freezing and cracking in winter, ensuring the continuous and safe operation of this national-level energy corridor.
